Whitney Strange

was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee.  She and her husband Jason have been married since 2014.  Together, they have a 4 year old son, Andrew.  She enjoys any activity, as long as she is surrounded by her family.  Whitney graduated in 2009 as a Registered Dental Assistant from Tennessee College of Applied Technology Knoxville.  Since then, she has become a Certified Dental Assistant.  She is certified in Sealants, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring, Dental Radiology, Coronal Polishing and CPR.  Whitney became a part of the All Smiles Family Dental team in 2013.

Dr. Kelbin Rodriguez​

has lived in Knoxville for over 20 years. After graduating high school from Christian Academy of Knoxville, he attended Wheaton College and The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he received his Bachelors of Science in Economics.  Dr. Rodriguez continued his education at The University of Tennessee College of Dentistry where he received his DDS degree.  Following dental school, he completed a General Practice Residency program at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville.  Dr. Rodriguez is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry. He enjoys spending time with his family, and cheering on the University of Tennessee.  He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys participating in dental mission trips.  

Dr. Tanya Felton​

is originally from Central Florida.  After graduating high school, she attended The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and minor in Business.  She was a letterman swimmer for the Lady Volunteers from 1997-2001.  She continued her education at the University of Florida College of Dentistry, where she received her DMD degree.  She completed a General Practice Residency program at the University of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville, following dental school.  Dr. Felton is a member of the American Dental Association and Academy of General Dentistry.  She enjoys competitive swimming, outdoor activities, gardening and creating stain glass projects.

Drs. Rodriguez and Felton met during their residency program in 2007.  They married and started All Smiles Family Dental, PLLC in 2010.  Drs. Rodriguez and Felton raise four beautiful girls together – Isabelle, Gisele, Adelina and Eliana.  In order to keep up to date on the continuous advances in dental technology, they regularly attend continuing education courses and are involved in local study clubs.

Kimberly Lee

was born and raised in Clinton, Tennessee.  She and her husband, Rick, have been married for 27 years.  They have 2 sons, Dylan (15 ) and Justin (22).  She enjoys hiking, fishing, gardening and spending time outdoors.  She also loves making memories of all her family activities through photography and scrapbooking.  Kim has been a Registered Dental Assistant in 1990.  She is registered in Dental Radiology, Nitrous Oxide Monitoring and Coronal Polishing. Kim has been a part of our team since 2010.

Brittney Murray

was born and raised in Sevierville, TN. She started her career in dentistry as a dental assistant at All Smiles Family Dental in 2011. Brittney was accepted into the Dental Hygiene Program at Hiwassee College in Madisonville, TN in 2015 and graduated with a bachelors degree in 2017. She and her husband Scott have been married for 10 years and have 2 dogs and a cat. She enjoys hiking, exercising, spending time with her family, and spoiling her three nieces. She is passionate about  working with our team to educate patients while providing them with the necessary information to maintain healthy, beautiful smiles.
